Private Prosecutions

Private Prosecutions are the legal mechanism with which to achieve ‘public protection’.

Once ‘targets’ have been established, such as in WANTED posters here and here, it is only a question of money to act on culprits.

Maurice J Kirk BVSc and Norman Scarth have had experience with laying private prosecutions.

Now there’s a Private Prosecution Service – as a way of offering ‘public protection’. It is based on this Brief on Family Law and Crimes.

  1. This is very serious progress and an ‘open door’ offered to so many dithering, tired out and almost penniless ‘litigants in person’. So, do what the boy did at Rugby school, ‘pick up the ball and run with it’!
